TheRelevant is operated by The Bigger Picture Enterprise LLC, a company registered in the United States. We provide AI visibility analytics services to help businesses understand how they appear in AI-generated responses.
What data we collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information via Google OAuth (name, email, profile picture)
- Scan inputs (company name, industry/niche, query language)
- Scan results and generated Boost Plans
- Billing data processed securely via Stripe
How we use it
We use your data to deliver the TheRelevant service, process payments for premium features, and send transactional emails related to your account and scans. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
Who we share it with
We share data with the following third-party services to operate TheRelevant:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Google — for authentication
- AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity) — for running visibility queries
Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 90 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
