By accessing or using TheRelevant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Service description
TheRelevant provides AI visibility scanning and Boost Plan generation services. We query multiple AI models to assess how your brand appears in AI-generated responses. We do not guarantee specific results or provide SLA guarantees for scan availability or accuracy.
Account requirements
To use certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our service
- Resell or redistribute scan results on Free, Starter, or Pro tiers
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our methodology

Subscription, billing, and refunds
Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial that can be canceled anytime. After the trial, you will be billed monthly. Boost Plan reports ($9) are non-refundable once generated. Scan limits reset on a calendar-month basis.
Intellectual property
Your scan data and results belong to you. Our methodology, algorithms, codebase, and branding are owned by The Bigger Picture Enterprise LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

AI outputs are provided on a best-effort basis and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice. Visibility scores and recommendations are informational only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI model responses.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
